Changes around the place.

the sun porch

craft area/library

Kitchen/dining area/ sun room

We  had to leave our wood fired oven in Brownington, but we found a suitable substiture. The OONI 3. it uses pellets which we are of course very familiar with. Heats up to 900 in about 20 min. Cooks a pizza in about 1-2 min. The sky is the limit now. This is the first one. We will make one tonight, and often. Can also bake, got a cast iron pan for that. This will keep us home for sure. And we will have nice, fun food.
The remodeled kitchen is always very busy. We made it through painting, cabinet hinge replacements, but did not make it to sink and faucet replacement before the shutdown. This picture sums it up. Thomas's special place, and the bread machine is back in action, especially for making pizza again, see next post.

Spring update

the multipurpose room

We have a space for relaxing, music, birdwatching, reading, socializing (some day), growing sprouts, phoning, and everything else. No tv.

Visit to Bennington Museum

Community Day at Bennington Museum was a free admission for our first time there. Here are a few highlights. Of course the Pottery exhibit was great. The car was amazing, too. of course lots of other stuff, but these caught my eye.

New Year Surprises.

It was only supposed to be replacing the windows. The wall was very rotten and had to be replaced. First surprise.
